What timezone are you located in?
I'm located in the US. My timezone is Eastern Standard. I know this can be tricky for our friends in other parts of the world. If you have trouble finding a time that works for you please reach out after you purchase your session and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Do I need to share my passwords?
Nope! No need to share your login credentials with me. You will login to your accounts and we will work together over Zoom. If you feel comfortable I can use remote access (a Zoom feature) to help out during the call but this is a coaching session where I will guide you.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You may reschedule your session I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Once you purchase your session I recommend that you use it within 30 days of purchasing.
What if I want to cancel my session? Do you offer refunds?
If you want to cancel your session or receive a refund please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you. It is our policy to offer pro-rated refunds for customers who are unable to schedule an appointment due to timezone differences or have tech that we cannot assist with.
